These terms govern your use of Tanumi, an image-tools product operated by CENDRO LABS PTY LTD ("we", "us", or "our") at tanumi.app. By using Tanumi, you agree to these terms.
The service
Tanumi provides free browser-based image utilities. Published tools may convert, crop, resize, or compress files on your device. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change as browsers and the service evolve.
Your files and outputs
You retain all rights you have in files you select and outputs you create. The current published tools process files locally, so you do not grant Tanumi a license to upload or store those files. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to use and process every file you select.
You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on, publishing, printing, or distributing it. Format conversion and image processing can change quality, dimensions, colors, transparency, animation, metadata, or file size as described by each tool.
Acceptable use
You must not use Tanumi to:
- break the law or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- process or distribute content you do not have authority to use;
- interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
- misrepresent Tanumi outputs as verified, certified, or endorsed by us; or
- use automated traffic in a way that harms availability for other visitors.
Tanumi materials
Tanumi's name, logo, interface, site copy, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use the public service for its intended purpose but may not copy or exploit protected materials except where law or a separate license permits.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a tool or the website. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, file, codec, or downstream service. We may restrict abusive or harmful access.
Disclaimers
Tanumi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee a particular output quality, compression result, compatibility, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tanumi is not a backup service; keep your own copy of every file.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CENDRO LABS PTY LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Tanumi. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Third-party services and links
Tanumi may rely on infrastructure and analytics providers and may link to third-party websites. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Changes and contact
